LASA’s Strategic Plan taking shape

A sub committee of LASA met at the Joinery on January 22nd to move LASA’s strategic planning process forward. The committee drew on information gathered at the last session of the Landcare Conference held in Bordertown in October and the key findings of the LASA Management Committee’s planning day in September 2019 to guide the development of the strategic plan.

Sub committee members, Leanne Muffet, Natalie Somerville, Sheree Bowman and Sarah Barrett, identified 4 key pillars that encompass LASA’s work and will form the basis of the strategic plan. The pillars are Systems, Leadership, Community/Participation and Operations. The sub committee is planning to present a draft strategic plan at the LASA AGM in August 2020.
