2019 State Community Landcare Conference Registrations Open

The Landcare Association of South Australia is pleased to announce that the Earlybird Registrations are open for the 2019 State Community Landcare Conference ‘Landcare Unearthed – Celebrating Diversity, Managing Landscapes’.

Register now for this special biennial conference event which will be held in Bordertown South Australia, the birthplace of Landcare legend the late Hon Robert J (Bob) Hawke AC. It is also the ‘Good Country’ of the Tatiara region and the wider local community is right behind the conference.

There will be a free Community Landcare Picnic on Sunday 27th October from 12noon-9.00pm in Apex Park followed by a day of Field Tours to the Limestone Coast region and the west Wimmera in Victoria. Tuesday 29th October and Wednesday 30th October will showcase the movers and shakers of the Landcare movement from across South Australia and interstate; celebrate the State Landcare Awards and special anniversaries for Landcare SA of 20 years and Landcare Australia for reaching 30 years.

We promise that you will have a stimulating and enlightening time in Bordertown with lots of local producers supplying the service, food and wine for the event.
