Yacka Moorundie Landcare Group

The Yacka Moorundie landcare group supports local projects on private and public lands. We also run information sessions for not only members but interested locals, raise awareness of feral plants and animals and their impact on our environment, have field walks and visit areas of interest. To halt the decline and raise awareness of native vegetation in our area through better management, rehabilitation and education. Protection of the biodiversity of grassy woodlands and grasslands, surface and ground water as well as natural water ways in our area. We also encourage greater participation and understanding of Landcare in the community.
