Bulb Busters Workshop Series

Do you have showy, pretty flowers that pop up in spring? These are most likely bulb weeds.

Weed bulbs such as ixia, cape tulip and three-cornered garlic may look beautiful when in bloom, but they spread quickly and can cause big problems in native vegetation and pastures.

Join us at either Session 1 or 2 of the Bulb Busters Workshops at the Hills Environment Centre, where you can:

• Bring along your weedy blooms and bulbs for correct identification by our Stewardship Officers.
• Learn how to recognise common bulb weeds
• Discover the ways they multiply and proliferate
• Gain practical advice on effective control methods
• Access a range of weed management resources to get on top of your weedy bulb problem.

Whether you’re tackling a small infestation or managing a larger property, take action this spring to bust your bulbs with confidence.

Please note that both sessions will cover the same content. We encourage you to select the session time that best suits your schedule.
