Aldgate Valley Landcare Group

Aldgate Valley Landcare Group is made up of local residents in the Aldgate Valley area (between Aldgate and Mylor, South Australia) who are interested in nature conservation.

We hold Bushcare working bees (weeding and revegetation) twice a month:

• The 1st Sunday of every month (10am-noon) at the Stirling District Cemetery Bush, Aldgate (between Strathalbyn Road & Cambridge Road, Aldgate)

• The 4th Sunday of every month (10am-noon) at Aldgate Valley Reserve (corner of Aldgate Valley Road & Shanks Road).

Other events and projects include:

• Propagation of local native plants for our Bushcare sites and give away to local residents and groups

• Valley of the Bandicoots wildlife corridor

• Aldgate Valley Nature Walk
