In an increasingly diverse South Australia, our ability to connect with, attract, and work alongside people from all walks of life is more important than ever. Whether it’s welcoming new volunteers, partnering with different communities, or ensuring our projects are inclusive and relevant – Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is a vital skill for everyone in the Landcare network.
This interactive session is a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to explore what diversity really means in the context of our work. It’s a great opportunity to reflect, ask questions, and gain fresh perspectives.
You’ll walk away with:
Key insights into diversity and inclusion in community and environmental spaces
Practical tools and simple strategies to confidently navigate cultural differences in your projects, volunteer groups, and everyday interactions
A chance to build your confidence in a topic that can sometimes feel overwhelming (no prior knowledge needed)!
